Finding problems with websites designed by Illuminary Arts is rare, however; we are fully prepared to make any mandatory adjustments. Should any problems arise with your website that demand immediate attention, (critical functionality problems) we will resolve those issues priority one. Minor problems such as text errors will be fixed the day they are reported.

For major changes to website content (Text and/or images) requiring Image Editing, and the addition of several new images or text, please refer to our Pricing Guidelines.

Problems with your Web Browser, AOL, and E-mail Account can also be addressed over our business line or via email. We will do our best to help you out, and lead you to a solution.
